Beneficiary Financial Counseling

A beneficiary receives some sort of gain, often in the form of money, from someone else called a benefactor. The VA offers personalized financial advice to help you receive everything you deserve along with a course of action--and it's all free!

Tuition Assistance

Though veterans already receive assistance through the Tuition Assistance Program, there is another program offered to cover additional costs or for prices that go above what the Tuition Assistance Program covers. 

Career Center

Sometimes veterans struggle to find jobs that correspond with the skills they've learned in the military. Visit the career center to find out jobs that correspond with your specific skill set and post your resume for the potential employers to see. 

Educational and Vocational Counseling

The Educational and Vocational Counseling program offered by the VA helps veterans learn about their employment options and receive proper guidance .

Fiduciary Program

This program helps veterans and other related beneficiaries manage different financial dealings. According to Military One Source, "the fiduciary is responsible to the beneficiary and oversees financial management of VA benefit payments." 

Independent Living

When veterans are able to live independently, they are more likely to return to work, thus reducing their chances of being on the street. This programs works to help veterans live as independently as they can so that they can be involved in the community.

Mortgage Delinquency Assistance

The VA has a specialized agency regarding home mortgages to prevent foreclosures by working with the mortgage provider.

Veterans Economic Communities Initiative

This program works to help veterans and their families gain professional skills to navigate the civilian world by combining community organizations with veterans services.

VetSuccess on Campus

VetSuccess on Campus works to help veterans be successful in their college classrooms by providing services and resources on campus, including benefits aid and counseling.
