General Information
DAV, centered around ensuring that veterans receive all benefits they are eligible for, is working to help homeless veterans obtain all resources that they qualify for to get back on their feet. They provide numerous services, including transportation, claims filings, and job searches. Additionally, all of their work is provided at no charge to veterans and their families.

Since DAV is focused on helping veterans find substantial jobs that value their talents, they have teamed up with Recruit Military to find employment opportunities that place emphasis on military service. Through this source, veterans can find employment that is centered around hiring veterans.
DAV understands that veterans need resources and to varying degrees when they leave the military. Outreach programs include their information sessions in which veterans learn how to file claims, homeless veterans assistance to help them become integrated into society and find housing, and disaster relief in situations in which veterans are in need of immediate assistance.
